Gas Prices in Ukraine Are Rising on September 12

The price of diesel fuel at Ukrainian gas stations has exceeded the psychological threshold of 100 hryvnias per liter. As of Saturday, September 12, some gas station chains have adjusted their fuel prices, while others have left them unchanged.

Ukrnafta raised its prices: across its network, gasoline prices for all grades (A-92, A-95, and 95 Energy) increased by 1 hryvnia, while diesel fuel prices (regular and Energy) rose by 2 hryvnia.

SOCAR is adjusting the prices of certain products: the price of NANO Extro diesel fuel rose by 10 kopecks, reaching exactly 100 UAH.

Stability among premium chains: at OKKO and WOG gas stations, prices for all types of gasoline, diesel fuel, and autogas remained unchanged compared to the previous period.

How much does it cost to fill a full tank (50 liters):

  • OKKO: Pulls 95 gasoline costs 4,545 UAH, Euro-standard diesel costs 4,945 UAH, and autogas costs 2,245 UAH.
  • WOG: Filling up with Mustang 95 gasoline will cost 4,545 UAH, Euro 5 diesel—4,895 UAH, and autogas—2,275 UAH.
  • SOCAR: NANO 95 gasoline will cost 4,595 UAH, NANO diesel—4,945 UAH, and natural gas—2,245 UAH.
  • “Ukrnafta”: A full tank of A-95 gasoline costs 4,145 UAH, diesel—4,695 UAH, and natural gas—2,145 UAH.

As a reminder, global oil prices fell on September 11 but remained on track for a weekly increase of more than 8% due to fears of prolonged supply disruptions following attacks on Middle Eastern shipping routes.

In London, the International Energy Agency downgraded its forecast for global oil supply in 2026: it expects a decline of 5.7 million barrels per day, or approximately 6%. The agency had previously forecast a decline of about 4%.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries forecasts that global oil demand will rise by 2.36 million barrels per day in 2027, following an increase of 380,000 barrels per day in 2026.
