An illegal café and gazebos were demolished in Kyiv’s “Partisan Glory” Park

In the "Partisan Glory" Landscape Park in Kyiv, a court order was carried out to dismantle illegally constructed structures on a municipal plot of land covering more than 0.5 hectares.

This was reported by the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, a businessman, without the necessary permits, unlawfully occupied a plot within the park, where he set up a café, installed gazebos, and erected decorative fences.

The Darnytskyi District Court granted the prosecutor’s office’s claim to vacate the land plot, and the decision took legal effect in February 2026.

Currently, the area has been cleared of the café building, wooden gazebos, and other illegally installed structures.

In December 2024, the entrepreneur was also found guilty of unlawfully occupying land of special value.

An official from the TCC was detained in the Kyiv region for extorting a bribe.

Earlier, the SAPO and NABU exposed SBU investigators and a lawyer for taking bribes.

As a reminder, the organizer of a scheme to smuggle draft dodgers for $12,000 was detained in Kyiv.
