A Chechen man named Khavazhi Amaev, nicknamed Zums, was killed in Lviv
The body of Khavazha Amaev, known by the nickname Zumso, was found in an apartment in Lviv.
According to preliminary reports, the man died from multiple stab wounds.
The Russian state news agency TASS, citing unnamed security sources, claims that Amaev fought against Russian troops in Chechnya and Syria and later stayed in Ukraine. He is also linked to a unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) and is referred to as a “colonel” of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
