A man who stabbed a soldier to death was arrested in Lviv
In Lviv, law enforcement officers detained a suspect in the murder of a serviceman from the Territorial Defense Forces.
This was reported by the police.
The incident occurred on April 2 at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Paton Street during emergency drills.
An unknown assailant stabbed the soldier in the neck; he died in the hospital from his injuries.
A special police operation was conducted to locate the attacker.
The perpetrator turned out to be a Lviv resident born in 1991, an inspector with the Lviv Customs Office.
He was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
The motives for the crime are currently being investigated.
An employee of the Territorial Recruitment and Support Center died tragically in Lviv. The incident occurred during mobilization activities on Paton and Vyhovsky Streets.
Earlier, the Odesa Regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center launched an internal investigation into the use of a weapon by a military servicemember.
As a reminder, in Odesa, a TCC vehicle struck a pedestrian; the woman was hospitalized.
