There was a disruption in Nova Poshta's operations

On the morning of April 16, a technical glitch occurred in the services provided by Nova Poshta, causing a temporary suspension of customer service via digital platforms. 

As of 10:05 a.m., all systems were fully restored, and the apps and services are currently operating normally.

During the incident, users complained en masse about being unable to use the company’s mobile app. Access to the personal account was blocked, and the app would not load at all.

In addition, customers reported connectivity issues, as it was also impossible to reach hotline operators.

The technical issues were system-wide and affected most of the online customer interaction tools. 

Company representatives promptly began working to resolve the issues to minimize inconvenience for both senders and recipients of packages.

Subsequently, the company’s press office provided an official explanation regarding the situation that arose at the start of the workday.

“The company reported that Nova Poshta’s services were temporarily unavailable due to a technical glitch,” the statement said. 

IT specialists quickly identified the problem and ensured stable access to resources.

Despite the brief outage, management assures that “all services are now back online.” 

Customers can once again create shipping labels, pay for packages online, and track their shipments via the mobile app or the company’s official website.
