The document outlines long-term approaches to industrial development and provides for the creation of high-value-added production facilities based on critical minerals.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the strategy is intended to help attract investment and modern technologies and expand Ukraine’s participation in global supply chains for strategic raw materials.

Key priorities include accelerating investment projects in the extraction and processing of critical resources, integrating Ukrainian products into global markets, developing infrastructure and human capital, and implementing the principles of the circular economy.
