Ukrposhta parcel lockers have been installed in Odesa
Odessa has become the second city in Ukraine where Ukrposhta has begun rolling out a network of parcel lockers.
This was reported by the company’s press service.
After launching 70 parcel lockers in Kyiv, the operator opened another 30 in Odesa, expanding the network of alternative parcel pickup points.
The company notes that the parcel lockers can operate even without electricity or internet access. Shipments can be retrieved either via a mobile app or using an SMS code.
By the end of the year, Ukrposhta plans to install up to a thousand parcel lockers in various cities across the country.
At the same time, the company is developing digital services: the “Ukrposhta 2.0” app now features new functions, including free redirection of a parcel before it arrives at a branch and the ability to change the recipient.
