Partly cloudy skies with rain and thunderstorms are expected in Ukraine on July 6

On Monday, July 6, variable cloudiness is forecast for most regions of the country, with thunderstorms expected in some areas. Rain is expected overnight in the northern and western regions, as well as in the Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions, and during the day, brief showers will occur in some areas throughout Ukraine; in the northeast, they will be widespread.

The wind will be from the west at 7–12 m/s, though gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are possible during the day in the northern part of the country. Overnight temperatures will range from 11–16° above zero; along the coast, they will reach 15–20°, and during the day, temperatures will reach 20–25°C, with higher readings in the south and southeast—ranging from 24°C to 29°C.

In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, variable cloudiness and brief showers in some areas are also forecast for tomorrow. A westerly wind is expected in the capital region, with gusts reaching 15–20 m/s in some places during the day. The air temperature in Kyiv will be 13–15° at night and will rise to 22–24° during the day, while in the region, nighttime temperatures will range from 11–16° and daytime temperatures from 20–25°.
