He made this statement in a comment to Censor.NET.

According to Venislavsky, he and Serhiy Taruta appealed to the Prosecutor General to open a criminal investigation, but their request was denied. The issue was subsequently resolved through the courts.

The MP noted that he had analyzed Bezuhla’s public statements since 2022 and concluded that some of the information she disclosed could have been used by the Russians to adjust their actions on the front lines, which, according to him, led to negative consequences for Ukraine.

Venislavsky also accused Bezuhla of systematically discrediting senior military leadership, specifically Valery Zaluzhny and Oleksandr Syrsky.

In addition, he reported that members of the parliamentary committee had filed complaints regarding the MP’s abuse of her status and obstruction of the committee’s work, specifically through attempts to gain access to closed-door meetings.

According to Venislavsky, investigative authorities must now determine whether Bezuhla’s actions constitute treason.

Law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into possible criminal offenses by MP Mariana Bezuhla. Details of the case are currently being clarified.

Law enforcement officialshave opened a case regarding the possible disclosure of Armed Forces of Ukraine data concerning Bezuhla.
