No power outages are expected on June 14
On Sunday, June 14, Ukraine does not plan to implement power outage schedules. At the same time, energy officials are urging consumers to use electricity wisely and, whenever possible, to carry out energy-intensive activities during daylight hours.
On Sunday, Ukrainians will be able to use electricity without restrictions. This was reported by the National Electricity Transmission System Operator “Ukrenergo.” The company noted that no power outage schedules are expected on June 14. “Tomorrow, on Sunday, no measures to restrict consumption are planned,” Ukrenergo reported.
However, energy officials remind the public that conserving electricity remains important. Consumers are asked to shift the use of energy-intensive appliances to daytime hours whenever possible, when the load on the grid is lower.
The company cites the period from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as the best time for such activities. It is during this time that they recommend running washing machines, water heaters, dishwashers, and other appliances that consume a lot of electricity. At the same time, during the evening hours, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Ukrainians are urged to be more economical and, if possible, avoid using high-power electrical appliances simultaneously.
Ukrenergo emphasizes that the situation in the power grid may change, so consumers are advised to follow announcements from distribution system operators and official channels of energy companies. Despite the absence of planned restrictions, energy officials continue to urge Ukrainians to be responsible in their electricity consumption. This helps reduce the load on the power grid and maintain its stable operation. “Postpone energy-intensive processes to the period from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and in the evening hours, limit the use of high-power appliances,” the company urged.
Thus, on June 14, Ukrainians can expect a stable power supply, but energy officials ask that people not forget to use electricity wisely. NEC “Ukrenergo” reported this on Telegram.
