Zelenskyy announced large-scale international talks at the highest level
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that a large number of diplomatic meetings with European leaders and representatives of the United States are scheduled for next week.
The head of state announced this in his traditional evening video address, published on the President’s official website.
The main goal of the upcoming meetings is to strengthen defense capabilities and reach significant intergovernmental decisions.
The Ukrainian government is expanding coordination with key Western partners to ensure stable support for the country.
The talks will take place in several different formats, allowing for the broadest possible range of defense and economic issues to be covered.
“We will have a significant number of contacts with Europeans this week—in various formats, including at the leadership level. We are preparing for communication with the Americans—we work with them practically every day, and we need substantial political results at the intergovernmental level,” Zelenskyy noted.
According to the head of state, the Ukrainian side has clear expectations for the upcoming meetings.
Currently, the government and diplomatic teams are actively working on developing a detailed agenda that will allow these results to be formalized in writing.
Strengthening military capabilities remains a key priority for the Ukrainian leadership on the international stage.
Official Kyiv seeks to convert diplomatic efforts into concrete arms deliveries and the expansion of the strategic capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Every day must bring results for Ukraine. Every day, our strength and our reach must grow. Thank you to everyone who stands with Ukraine!” Zelenskyy emphasized.
