Zelenskyy Appointed 16 New Judges to the High Anti-Corruption Court
On the evening of August 21, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed 11 judges to the High Anti-Corruption Court and five judges to its Appeals Chamber. This decision is a necessary step for Ukraine to receive between 250 and 300 million euros from the EU.
This is stated in decrees No. 782/2026 and No. 783/2026, which have been published on the President’s website.
According to Decree No. 782/2026, the following individuals have been appointed as judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court:
Viktor Antypenko;
Oksana Hutsal;
Yevhen Didenko;
Oleksandr Dudchenko;
Vitaliy Koryagin;
Vladislav Kukhta;
Mykola Pika;
Lesya Skrekl;
Iryna Teslenko;
Oleg Khamkhoder;
Marta-Maria Yatsinina.
At the same time, Decree No. 783/2026 appointed five judges to the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court: Natalia Doroshenko, Mykola Rubashchenko, Inna Smal, Olena Tanasevich, and Igor Chaikin.
As a reminder, on August 21, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed the heads of the Security Service of Ukraine’s regional offices in Dnipropetrovsk and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Kyrylo Fesyk from his position as head of the Obolon District State Administration in Kyiv. The corresponding decree was published on August 20 on the head of state’s website, and Fesyk himself submitted his resignation.
On Wednesday, August 19, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Iryna Mudra from her position as deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
