Zelenskyy will visit Estonia to attend the NB8 summit
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, accompanied by First Lady Olena Zelenska, will pay an official visit to Estonia on June 9. During the trip, the head of state will participate in the Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) summit, where issues of regional security, support for Ukraine, and further cooperation among the countries of the region will be discussed.

It is reported that Zelenskyy will participate in the Nordic-Baltic Eight summit.
Meetings are also scheduled with Estonian President Alar Karis and Prime Minister Kristen Michal. During the talks, the parties will discuss cooperation between Ukraine and Estonia, the development of the defense industry, Ukraine’s path to the EU and NATO, as well as issues of European security.
Separately, discussions are planned on Russia’s responsibility for aggression and war crimes, increasing pressure on Russia, and the return of Ukrainian children taken to Russia.
"President Zelenskyy’s visit to Estonia comes at a time when the future of European security is being determined, and it is important that Ukraine and Europe be involved in all negotiations that concern them," said Estonian President Alar Karis.
Additional meetings and international cooperation
As part of the visit, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga will also meet with his Estonian counterpart, Margus Tsahkna.
The First Ladies of Ukraine and Estonia will hold separate events with representatives from the education and scientific sectors. They will participate in the signing of memorandums of cooperation between Estonian universities and the Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies, and will also visit the Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV).
Also during the visit, a ceremony is planned to mark the inauguration of two honorary consuls of Ukraine in Estonia.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Moscow is allegedly ready for negotiations to end the war against Ukraine, but does not see any willingness for dialogue on the Ukrainian side.
Putin is not changing course and continues to finance the war.
