The "Winter 1,000" payments for Ukrainians will be returned to the budget after June 30
The deadline for using funds received under the “Winter 1000” government program is June 30, 2026. After this date, any unused funds will automatically be returned to the state budget.
Citizens who still have a balance on their special program card are advised to use it by June 30, as it will no longer be possible to use these funds starting in July.
Program participants may use the remaining funds for:
- paying for housing and utility services;
- medicines manufactured in Ukraine;
- books from Ukrainian publishers;
- food and goods from Ukrainian manufacturers;
- postal services;
- support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Program participants are advised not to wait until the last few days to use the funds so they can take advantage of the government support before it expires.

Previously, ATB, “Tavria V” (which includes the “Kosmos” delicatessen markets and “Pure” supermarkets), "Dyvotsin," and "LotOK" joined the "Winter Support" and "National Cashback" government benefit programs.
The Cabinet of Ministers has also extended the “National Cashback” and “Winter Support” programs until mid-2026.
