The Russian Armed Forces have lost 1,210 soldiers and one air defense system on the front lines
Total combat losses among Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine amount to approximately 1,292,170 personnel. Over the past 24 hours alone, another 1,210 invaders were eliminated.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
As of March 26, 2026, the Russian army has lost:
- tanks – 11,807 (+1);
- armored combat vehicles – 24,278 (+4);
- artillery systems – 38,795 (+49);
- multiple launch rocket systems – 1,698 (+2);
- air defense systems – 1,337 (+1);
- aircraft – 435 (+0);
- helicopters – 350 (+0);
- tactical-level UAVs – 198,389 (+2,038);
- cruise missiles – 4,491 (+0);
- ships and boats – 33 (+0);
- submarines – 2 (+0);
- Vehicles and tankers – 85,352 (+201);
- special equipment – 4,100 (+2).
The General Staff emphasizes that the data is being refined, and the tally is complicated by the high intensity of combat operations.
140 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines. In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces carried out 39 attacks on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions, losing over 150 troops.
Russian troops struck a hospital in the village of Shevchenkove, Kupianskyi District, Kharkiv Oblast. According to preliminary information, three people were injured as a result of the shelling.
