EU issues guidelines on interaction with Russian diplomats
The European Union has circulated instructions on how to engage with Russian diplomats, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry. The document advises European diplomats, in particular, to avoid being seen on camera alongside Russian diplomats at joint events.
