Filatov reacts emotionally to Russian attack on a warehouse of gauze and bandages in Dnipro
Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov commented on the aftermath of the morning missile strike on 6 December, during which Russian terrorist forces destroyed several civilian facilities. According to him, the occupiers destroyed a warehouse storing gauze and bandages, as well as a facility where tires were kept.
Filatov posted his comment on Facebook.
“I still don’t understand why we remain silent about the destruction of civilian businesses by these bastards. A city of a million people can see with its own eyes what is burning and where. The b**tards hit businesses again. They burned down a warehouse of gauze and bandages, and another one with tires. That’s why there’s so much smoke. I don’t think I said anything unnecessary when the column of smoke rose to the heavens,” Filatov wrote.
He added that the Russians want to leave Ukrainians not only without electricity this winter, but also without medicines.
As a reminder, on Saturday, 6 December, a missile strike by Russian terrorist forces ignited warehouses with medical supplies and tires in Dnipro, creating a thick plume of smoke over the city.
On 6 December, the Russian army also struck critical energy infrastructure in Lviv region, using attack drones and cruise missiles.
Explosions were heard during the combined attack in Kyiv, where local authorities reported air defence activity, and the Air Force confirmed the flight of “Kinzhal” and ballistic missiles toward the capital.
