The General Staff reported 206 engagements on the front lines over the past 24 hours
On September 12, there were 206 combat engagements on the front lines. Since the start of the day, Russian forces have launched two missile strikes and 63 airstrikes, dropping 228 guided bombs, as well as carrying out 6,477 attacks with kamikaze drones and 2,046 artillery strikes.
No enemy offensive activity was observed in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors.
Over the past 24 hours in the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy launched nine assaults on the positions of our units near Lyman, Vilcha, and Komisarove; two more clashes are still ongoing.
In the Kupiansk sector, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy assaults in the areas of Kurylivka and Novoosynove.
In the Lyman direction, our defenders successfully repelled two attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Lyman and Cherneshchyna; one more clash is ongoing.
In the Sloviansk sector, the Defense Forces halted three attempts by the invaders to advance near Zakytne, Yampil, Mykolaivka, and Rai-Oleksandrivka; one more attack is ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy did not carry out any offensive operations today.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the Defense Forces repelled ten enemy assaults near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Rozkishne, and Rusyn Yar; two more clashes are ongoing.
A total of 25 attacks were repelled in the Pokrovsk sector. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas around the settlements of Toretsk, Kucheryv Yar, Stepy, Dorozhne, Bilytske, Svitle, Shevchenko, Matyashiv, Novohryshyne, Hryshyne, Serhiivka, Udachne, and Novopidhorodne.
According to preliminary estimates, 44 occupiers were killed and 17 wounded here today; five vehicles, eight pieces of specialized equipment, one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) command post, and 51 enemy shelters were destroyed. Nine vehicles, five artillery systems, one piece of specialized equipment, seven UAV control stations, and 139 enemy shelters were damaged. A total of 289 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or neutralized.
Our defenders repelled one attack by the occupiers in the Oleksandrivka sector near Rybne.
Seven attacks by the occupiers were recorded in the Huliaipole sector near the settlements of Rivne, Kosivtseve, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv sector, our defenders repelled two enemy attacks in the areas of Shcherbakiv and Stepnogorsk; another firefight is still ongoing.
There were no enemy assaults in the Dnipro sector.
