Kyiv Oblast came under a massive attack: destruction, fires, and casualties
The Kyiv region came under heavy attack overnight, resulting in damage to residential buildings, businesses, and vehicles. Seven people are known to have been injured, and cleanup efforts are underway.
This was stated in a post by Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
Damage from the shelling was reported in several districts of the Kyiv region.
In the Boryspil district, five people were injured. A man and a woman with shrapnel wounds were hospitalized at a local hospital. Three other women received medical care on the spot.
In the Fastiv district, a woman was injured and received medical care on the spot. In the Bucha district, a fire broke out in a warehouse and two cars. In the Obukhiv district, three private homes were damaged.
In the Brovary district—three private homes, a car, and a business. In the Boryspil district, a high-rise building, six cars, a business, a private home, and outbuildings were damaged. In the Fastiv district, a high-rise building was damaged. In the Bila Tserkva district—a private home.


Firefighting operations are ongoing in many areas. All emergency services are working around the clock.
