Seven people, including a three-year-old child, were injured in a Russian attack in the Kyiv region
Seven people, including a three-year-old child, were injured as a result of the Russian attack on the Kyiv region on May 14. Damage and fires were reported in five districts of the region.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service on Telegram.
The consequences of the enemy attack were recorded in:
- Obukhiv District;
- Brovary District;
- Fastiv district;
- Boryspil district;
- the Bila Tserkva district.
As a result of the strikes, private homes, apartments, outbuildings, and vehicles were damaged. Rescue workers extinguished fires in residential areas.
The highest number of casualties was in the Boryspil district, where five people were injured, including a child.
A 56-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man were hospitalized. The man was diagnosed with multiple shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and chest, as well as lacerations and lacerated wounds. The woman sustained shrapnel wounds and a penetrating injury to the face.
Also injured were:
- a three-year-old child;
- a 37-year-old woman;
- a 20-year-old woman.
They received medical care at the scene and did not require hospitalization.
In addition, in the Boryspil district, rescue workers evacuated 30 residents from a high-rise building.
In the Fastiv district, two women aged 42 and 32 were injured.
One of them sustained multiple lacerations to her limbs, while the other was in a state of emotional shock and acute stress reaction. Neither required hospitalization.
Rescuers, State Emergency Service psychologists, and all necessary response agencies are involved in addressing the aftermath of the attack. Information regarding the consequences of the strike is being clarified.
