The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled more than 240 attacks and destroyed 68 enemy artillery systems
On the 1,541st day of the large-scale invasion, the situation on the front lines remains tense but under control: 241 combat engagements were recorded over the past 24 hours.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Ukrainian defenders continue to effectively repel the enemy’s advance, inflicting significant losses in manpower and equipment on the main axes of the offensive.
Total losses of Russian invaders over the past 24 hours amounted to 1,060 personnel.
In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 68 artillery systems, 3 tanks, and over 2,300 drones, which significantly undermines the enemy’s firepower and logistics.
The occupiers continue to actively use aviation, dropping 302 guided bombs over the past 24 hours and carrying out nearly 10,000 strikes with kamikaze drones.
Our troops’ positions and over 3,000 settlements came under enemy fire, including attacks using multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor’s greatest activity was observed in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole sectors, where defenders repelled a total of 68 assault operations.
In the Pokrovsk area, the enemy attempted to advance in the vicinity of 13 settlements but encountered fierce resistance and was forced to retreat.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, 22 assaults were recorded in the areas of Vovchanski Khutory and Lyman.
The occupiers attempted to improve their tactical position, but Ukrainian units held their ground, preventing the invaders from carrying out their plans to encircle or break through the defenses.
Ukrainian aviation and missile forces delivered precision strikes on an enemy command post and a critical artillery system.
A facility of strategic importance for coordinating the actions of the occupying forces on the eastern section of the front was also struck.
In the Dnipro region, the enemy’s attempts to attack toward Antonivka ended in failure.
Despite constant pressure and the use of ground-based robotic systems, the enemy has failed to break through the defensive line and gain an advantage on the left bank of the Dnipro.
