The seventh air raid alert of the day in Kyiv lasted nearly two hours

In Kyiv on September 25, an air raid alert—the seventh of the day—lasted nearly two hours. It was declared due to the threat of Russian drones, and at 1:34 p.m., the all-clear was sounded in the capital.

 

A yellow alert was issued in Kyiv during the attack.

The consequences of the Russian attacks were observed in four districts of the capital. A business center, a shopping mall, a medical center, administrative and non-residential buildings, as well as residential buildings, were damaged.

In the Pechersk district, a Russian drone struck a 16-story residential building on the 10th–11th floors. A 14-year-old boy was killed, and eight other residents were injured, including a 9-year-old child. The blast wave damaged three other buildings and a car.

In the Solomyanskyi district, debris from the UAV damaged buildings in a business center and a shopping mall. A 22-year-old security guard at the shopping mall was injured.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a drone struck an administrative building. Six people were injured. A medical center, a non-residential building, and parked cars were also damaged.

The number of casualties in Kyiv due to Russian attacks has risen, including one child.

As a reminder, in Kyiv’s Dniprovskyi district, a residential area was destroyed as a result of a Russian attack on September 24. According to preliminary information, there were no fatalities among the residents.

In Obolon, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) crashed onto the grounds of a garage cooperative.

Russia launched a missile attack on Kyiv on the night of September 24, leaving two dead and eight injured.
