Myrnohrad faces encirclement: Ukrainian Forces’ Logistics narrow to a few kilometers

All routes by which Ukrainian troops can reach or leave Myrnohrad now pass through a “grey zone” and are under constant threat of fire.
According to two sources cited by Ukrainska Pravda on the Pokrovsk direction, the situation around the city has remained critical for several weeks.

The last safe rotations of equipment and personnel took place in mid-November, after which only small groups of fighters were able to leave the area on foot.
One marine officer reported that the so-called “grey zone,” as shown on maps by DeepState analysts, has effectively remained unchanged for a long time.

According to him, the last attempt to pass through Rodynske in November ended with the complete destruction of three vehicles — belonging to Ukrainian and allied units.
After this, moving equipment became almost impossible, and most movements now occur in small infantry groups.

The officer noted that it is now clear why Pokrovsk fell so quickly — a similar scenario is unfolding around Myrnohrad.
First, the enemy systematically “eliminates” logistics, actively uses drones, forces artillery to retreat, and then builds up forces to a critical mass.
After that, according to the officer, the enemy “appears everywhere,” making it extremely difficult to stop their advance.

As a reminder, this highlights the dangers of the new stage of the war.
Ukrainian Defense Forces units also carried out an organized withdrawal from some positions in the areas of Lysivka and Sukhy Yar near Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad in Donetsk region.
