There were 237 combat engagements on the front lines over the past 24 hours
Over the past day, 237 combat engagements took place along the front line, with the heaviest fighting occurring in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole sectors.
In these sectors of the front, Russian occupation forces carried out nearly 70 assault operations.
The command has provided updated information on the total number of enemy shelling and airstrikes along the entire line of contact.
Russian aircraft continue to actively bomb our country’s border and frontline regions. In particular, the settlements of Sukhodil, Luzhky, Mala Slobidka, and Ulanove in the Sumy region were targeted by enemy airstrikes.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, the aggressor carried out four airstrikes using nine guided bombs and conducted 49 artillery attacks.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to effectively destroy the Russian army’s logistics, equipment, and personnel.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck eleven areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, three artillery systems, and one command post. This has significantly reduced the occupiers’ offensive capabilities.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, the enemy attacked the positions of our units six times in the areas around the settlements of Okhrimivka, Hraniv, Izbytske, and Zybine.
Meanwhile, in the Kupiansk direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attempts to advance toward the settlements of Podoly and Borivska Andriivka.
In the Lyman sector, the enemy attempted twenty times to breach our defenses in the areas around the settlements of Zarichne, Andriivka, Drobysheve, Lyman, Dibrova, and Ozerne, as well as toward Shyikivka, Novoyegorivka, and Tverdokhlibove.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy launched thirteen assaults in the areas of Kaleniky, Zakitne, and toward Riznykivka, Kryva Luka, Mykolaivka, and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy carried out one assault near the town of Chasiv Yar.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the occupiers carried out fifteen attacks near the settlements of Kleban-Byk, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, and in the direction of Kostiantynivka, Mykolaipillia, and Dovha Balka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders repelled forty assault operations by the aggressor in the areas around the settlements of Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Udachne, and toward Dorozhne, Vasylivka, Filiya, Novy Shakhovyi, Vilne, Kucherove Yar, Bilytske, Nikanorivka, and Novy Donbas.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy launched two attacks in the Vorone area.
On the Huliaipole sector, the occupiers carried out 29 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Rybne, Solodke, Luhivske, Novoselivka, and toward Dobropillia, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv sector, our defenders repelled five enemy attempts to advance in the areas of Stepove and Mali Shcherbakiv. In the Dnipro sector, the invaders did not engage in any hostilities.
