In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian forces have intensified their assault operations, using motorcycles and armored vehicles.
According to the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade, the enemy is using mobile groups on motorcycles in an attempt to identify weaknesses in the Ukrainian defense.
Ivan Petrychak, head of the communications department of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo,

about this on Army TV. The occupiers are trying to move the motorcycles closer to the front line and then attack, looking for weak spots in the defense.
"They pull these motorcycles by hand. They get as close as they can. Using these same motorcycles, but in a group of 10 units accompanied by 3–5 armored vehicles, the enemy attempted last week to advance and launch an assault from several directions," said the head of the communications department of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo.
However, most often in the brigade’s area of responsibility, enemy infantrymen are still spotted moving exclusively on foot. They have to walk 15–20 kilometers, carrying ammunition, provisions, and water.
"Because we’re destroying their equipment, their numbers are dwindling, yet the enemy’s mobilization resources remain substantial. The enemy is on foot. Their morale is declining. I talk to captured occupiers, and when the 98th Division was stationed here against us, the soldiers would shoot themselves or blow themselves up with grenades rather than surrender. I don’t recall any such cases in the last six months," Petrychak noted.
Russia struck a high-rise buildingin Dnipro with a drone; there are casualties and injuries.
On the evening of April 22, explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol in the Zaporizhzhia region, after which a fire broke out in the city. Reports indicate that an energy infrastructure facility was hit, leaving part of the city without power.
Prior to this, Russian troops carried out about 40 strikes on the Dnipropetrovsk region, using artillery, aerial bombs, and drones. The Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih, and Synelnykiv districts came under fire, resulting in reported damage.
