Infrastructure in northern Rivne Oblast has been damaged as a result of an attack by the Russian Federation — Regional State Administration
As a result of yet another airstrike by Russian forces on September 30, civilian infrastructure in the north of the Rivne region sustained damage.
According to Oleksandr Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, no local residents were harmed and no one was injured as a result of the enemy shelling.

On the afternoon of September 30, a Russian “Molniya”-type drone struck a facility in Novhorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv Oblast. Two men—born in 1995 and 1998—were injured in the attack.
