The death toll from the Russian attack has risen in Rivne Oblast
As a result of yet another Russian attack on Ukrainian regions, three people have already been killed in the Rivne region, and several others have been injured.
This was reported by the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Koval.
According to him, Russian troops struck a residential building. Initially, two deaths and four injuries were reported, but the death toll later rose to three.
The Cherkasy region was also targeted. Ihor Taburets, head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, reported that three people were injured as a result of the Russian attack on the Smila community.
“They were taken to hospitals,” Taburets noted.
In addition, following a drone attack in Lutsk, law enforcement closed off the downtown area and all bridges. This was reported by local authorities.
Yuriy Shklyoda, acting mayor of Lutsk, stated that information regarding possible damage and casualties is still being verified.
