In Vinnytsia region, 14 houses damaged in morning Russian attack
On December 22, in Vinnytsia region, 14 buildings were damaged as a result of a morning attack by Russian forces, eight of which were residential.
This was reported by Natalia Zabolotna, First Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration. According to her, the shelling broke windows, damaged roofs and facades, but no one was injured.
Local authorities have already begun assessing the damage, and representatives of international foundations arrived to provide support for restoration and psychological assistance. This situation highlights the importance of international support during wartime.
It is worth noting that Russian attacks on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure have been occurring for several days, including on the evening of December 22, when a combined strike was carried out. Ukraine’s defense forces intercepted 635 out of 673 aerial attack units, but the threat remains.
Russian forces also targeted Dnipropetrovsk region with FPV drones and artillery.
