The occupiers launched drone strikes on the Cherkasy region
On the night of April 15, Russian occupation forces launched a massive attack on the Cherkasy region using strike drones.
Ihor Taburets, head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, reported on the consequences of the nighttime attack on his Telegram channel.
As a result of enemy strikes directly in the regional center, damage and injuries among the civilian population were reported.
According to official data from the leadership of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, this night was a serious test for the region. The enemy deliberately targeted residential and infrastructure facilities in the region with drones.
“A difficult night for Cherkasy: the Russians sent strike drones toward the region. In particular, we are recording the impact of enemy targets at several locations in the regional center,” the official noted in his address to the community.
It is currently known that people have been injured as a result of the enemy’s actions. Medical services promptly arrived at the scenes to provide emergency care to the injured residents of Cherkasy.
