Occupiers have launched a hunt for civilians in Kostiantynivka

Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast is once again coming under attack by Russian forces, which are actively using drones for targeted strikes against civilians.

According to the head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration, Serhii Horbunov, the occupiers are conducting a “safari” on residents, posing a serious threat to the lives of civilians and volunteers who risk their lives during evacuations.

Recently, one person was killed as a result of an attack, and two others were injured. The wounded were promptly taken to hospital, while the threat from enemy drones remains high.

Law enforcement agencies are documenting crimes committed by the Russian side and emphasize that there are no safe places within the community.

The occupiers are targeting civilian vehicles and ordinary residents. The Kostiantynivka city administration strongly advises evacuation as one of the most effective ways to protect against aggression.

Earlier, a captured Russian serviceman who shot civilians near Kupiansk was convicted in Ukraine and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Also in Kyiv, a 41-year-old man was convicted for setting fire to two military vehicles and a Ukrposhta branch on orders from Russian special services.

Previously, the Security Service of Ukraine detained an FSB agent operating in Chernihiv Oblast. The suspect was adjusting missile strikes on the regional center and preparing a series of arson attacks on Ukrzaliznytsia facilities.

On September 12, law enforcement officers detained another five individuals involved in arson attacks on Ukrainian Armed Forces vehicles. They operated in several districts of the capital on orders from Russian special services.

On the night of September 11, in the Russian city of Noyabrsk, two schoolboys aged 13 and 14 set fire to a multipurpose Mi-8 helicopter. They were promised 5 million rubles (about 2.24 million hryvnias) for carrying out the “task.”

In Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district, two residents of the capital were notified of suspicion for obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period (Part 1, Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). They are accused of setting fire to a military vehicle.

It was also recalled that in Donetsk Oblast, three collaborators were detained for setting fire to vehicles of Ukraine’s Defense Forces on orders from Russian special services.
