Names of victims released after Russian strike on a bus in central Nikopol
In Nikopol, the names of four civilians who were killed in a terrorist attack by a Russian drone on a passenger bus have been officially announced.
The information was reported by NikopolNews.
The tragedy occurred in the city center during a morning strike by Russian forces. The victims were people of various ages, going about their daily lives when the Russian aggressor targeted civilian transport.
Among the dead was 84-year-old Valentyna Kozhushana. She worked for many years in the energy sector and was remembered by colleagues and acquaintances as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother of four.

Another victim was 72-year-old Maria Bondar, who spent her life working in the library at the “Elektrometalurh” stadium, serving as a guide to knowledge and a constant source of support for the local community.
The strike also claimed the life of 56-year-old Nataliya Chernyshova, who worked in the statistics department of a local medical facility. Colleagues remembered her for her extraordinary compassion, responsibility, and willingness to help others.
The youngest victim was 53-year-old Roman Dyatlov, an employee of the industrial company “Centravis.” He was described as exceptionally kind, sincere, and reliable, a support for both his team and his family.
Earlier, Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia using guided aerial bombs and multiple launch rocket systems.
The Dnipropetrovsk region was also targeted. In addition, a drone strike in Zaporizhzhia injured one person and damaged a State Emergency Service vehicle.
