Border guards thwarted a Russian tank assault in the Dobropil sector
Russian troops carried out one of the largest tank breakthrough attempts in recent times in the Dobropillia sector. Ukrainian border guards, together with neighboring units, repelled the occupiers’ offensive.
According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, fighters from the “Phoenix” unit destroyed nine Russian tanks, two armored vehicles, and three “Grad” multiple rocket launchers while repelling the attack.
The State Border Guard Service noted that this was one of the largest attempts at a tank breakthrough in this sector of the front in recent times. Thanks to the actions of Ukrainian defenders, the enemy’s assault was successfully repelled.

The Ministry of Defense has standardized and authorized the use of the new Ukrainian-made B-1 unmanned aerial system within the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These ultra-light bombers are designed to strike concentrations of enemy personnel, vehicles, and armored equipment.
