Pryluky Was Left Without Gas After a Massive Russian Strike

On the morning of October 7, the city of Pryluky in Chernihiv Oblast lost its gas supply as a result of heavy shelling by the Russian Federation. According to preliminary estimates by local authorities, repairing the damage and restoring the gas supply to residents could take about a week.

The consequences of the enemy attack directly affected the operation of the city’s entire gas system. Deputy Mayor Danyil Savenko noted: “According to preliminary information, there will be no gas in Pryluky for the entire week.” However, this timeframe is currently approximate, and city officials promise to keep residents informed about the progress of the restoration work.

As a reminder, Russia destroyed a five-story building with people inside in Pryluky with a missile.

In Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast, State Emergency Service rescuers pulled a small child alive from under the rubble of a residential building that was destroyed by a Russian missile strike.
