Putin promised not to strike deep into Ukraine during the elections
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that Russia is allegedly ready to temporarily refrain from strikes deep inside Ukrainian territory during the election period.
At the same time, he demanded that Ukrainian citizens who are on the territory of the Russian Federation be allowed to vote there.
Putin did not provide any further details regarding the conditions or mechanisms for implementing these statements.
He also claimed the capture of Kupiansk and called Ukrainian President Zelensky “a talented actor.” During the “direct line,” Putin reiterated the demand for the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from four regions of Ukraine.
