Russian artillery strikes a café in Kherson, casualties reported
Russian occupiers attacked a café in Kherson, resulting in two deaths and several injuries, the regional prosecutor’s office reported.
The attack occurred today around 12:20 p.m. , when the occupiers fired artillery at one of the café’s premises.
“Preliminary information indicates that two people were killed and three others sustained injuries of varying severity. Efforts are ongoing to identify any additional victims,” the statement said.
On 7 January, Russian occupiers attacked settlements in the Kherson region, killing three people and injuring two others.
Due to repeated and targeted shelling by Russian forces, the Kherson Thermal Power Plant can no longer operate normally.
Overall, in the Kherson region, Russian attacks have killed one person and injured six more.
