Russia attacks Dnipropetrovsk area with drones and missiles, causing damage and casualties

During the night and throughout the day, Russian forces shelled and attacked Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih, and Synelnykove areas using artillery and drones. As a result, private homes, gas pipelines, and farm buildings were damaged.

This was reported on Telegram by Vladyslav Haivanenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

According to him, the Nikopol area was again targeted by Russian artillery and FPV-drone attacks. The strikes hit Nikopol as well as Pokrovska, Chervonohryhorivska, Marhanetska, and Myrivska communities. Four private homes, several farm buildings, two gas pipelines, and a minibus were damaged.

Additionally, a kamikaze drone struck the Zelenodolsk community in Kryvyi Rih area. In Synelnykove area, Russian forces attacked Dubovyky community with a drone, causing a fire on a farm. The blaze destroyed three cars and damaged eight others. The fire has been extinguished.

imageHaivanenko added that air defense forces shot down 14 Russian drones over the area.

Earlier, on the night of December 10–11, Kremenchuk was attacked with ballistic missiles and drones.

On December 9, Russian forces targeted a fire station in Zaporizhzhia area using an attack drone, damaging the building, windows, doors, and roof.

That same night, Russian troops carried out a series of strikes across three areas in Dnipropetrovsk.
