Russia attacked a civilian vehicle in Kramatorsk; there are fatalities and injuries

In Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, two people were killed and four others were wounded as a result of a Russian strike this morning. According to preliminary reports, Russian forces deliberately targeted a civilian vehicle traveling through the city center.

“Two people were killed and four were wounded as a result of this morning’s strike on Kramatorsk. The enemy deliberately targeted a civilian vehicle traveling through the city center,” the statement said.

The Regional Military Administration noted that all relevant services are working at the site of the Russian attack.

Experts are assessing the full extent of the damage and verifying details regarding the damage.

The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration emphasized that due to constant Russian shelling, it remains extremely dangerous for civilians to remain in the region.

“Time and again, the Russians prove that they have come here to kill everyone they can reach. Every day in Donetsk Oblast is a deadly danger! I urge all Donetsk residents, especially families with children: evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine!” Filashkin wrote.

Local authorities have once again urged residents of frontline territories to leave dangerous areas and evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine.

The number of people injured as a result of the Russian attack on Odesa has risen to 20. Among them are two children.

On Sunday, September 13, Russian troops attacked Ternopil. The strike damaged a transportation infrastructure facility and an industrial building.

Russian forces struck a passenger train locomotive in Volyn, approximately two kilometers from the Ukrainian-Polish border. According to preliminary reports, no one was injured in the attack.

On the night of September 13, Russian troops attacked the area around the “Yagodin–Dorohusk” international border crossing on the Ukrainian-Polish border. A gas station was damaged by falling debris near the border.

No strikes were recorded at the “Yagodin” border crossing on the Ukrainian-Polish border during Russia’s nighttime airstrike. 

The “Starokozache–Tudora” border crossing on the border with Moldova has resumed operations following a nighttime attack by Russian drones. Currently, vehicle clearance is proceeding as usual in both directions.

All border crossing points along Ukraine’s state border are currently operating as usual, including those that had previously been targeted by Russian attacks.
