On the night of September 15, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 200 strike drones of various types. As of 8:00 a.m., Ukrainian air defenses had destroyed or neutralized 187 enemy UAVs.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the attack began at 6:00 p.m. on September 14

The drones were launched from the directions of Orel, Kursk, and Millerovo in Russia, as well as from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk Oblast and Crimea—specifically from the Gvardeyskoye area.

The air attack was repelled by the Ukrainian Air Force, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

As of 8:00 a.m., according to preliminary data, 187 enemy drones of the Shahed, “Gerbera,” and other types were shot down or neutralized.

At the same time, enemy airstrikes were recorded at seven locations. At three additional locations, downed enemy targets and their debris were recovered.

Ukrainians were urged to follow safety guidelines and not to ignore air raid sirens.
