Russia attacked Kyiv with drones overnight and damaged a high-rise building
On the night of August 25, Russian forces attacked Kyiv with drones, damaging a 16-story residential building in the Holosiivskyi district. The building’s walls were destroyed and windows shattered up to the 14th floor; no fire broke out.
During an air raid alert issued due to the threat of enemy drones, a 16-story residential building in Kyiv’s Holosiivskyi district was damaged. Emergency and specialized services were dispatched to the scene.
According to Mayor Vitali Klitschko, debris from a UAV caused the walls to collapse and windows to shatter on the 14th floor of the building. There is no fire.
