Russia is massing troops for an assault on Myrnohrad
Russian forces are attempting to concentrate manpower and heavy equipment for an advance on Myrnohrad in Donetsk region, while sustaining significant losses, reports Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation “East.”
According to the military, Ukrainian Defense Forces units in the JFO “East” area repelled 59 Russian assaults over the past day and continue to hold back the enemy’s intense pressure.
Ukrainian troops are conducting active operations in the Pokrovsko-Myrnohrad agglomeration. The Defense Forces control the northern part of Pokrovsk, where search-and-assault operations and elimination of Russian troops in urban areas are ongoing. Russian units attempting to establish positions in the southern part of the city are being systematically targeted.
In Myrnohrad, Ukrainian defenders maintain designated defensive lines. Meanwhile, Russian forces are intensifying pressure on the northern part of the city, trying to amass heavy equipment and personnel for a future assault.
To counter the enemy, necessary forces and assets are being deployed, while fire strikes are carried out on Russian concentrations and logistical routes.

It is noted that former US President Donald Trump is considering possible military actions against Iran, including strikes on military facilities, in order to stimulate protest movements in the country.
Trump issued an ultimatum to Iran demanding a new nuclear deal under the threat of large-scale military strikes.
