A high-rise building was damaged as a result of the Russian attack on Odesa on September 17. There are casualties in the city, and the Ukrainian Air Force had previously warned of “Banderole” drones moving toward Odesa.

This was reported by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa Military Administration.

Lysak reported that three people were injured as a result of the enemy attack on Odesa. Among them is a three-year-old child. All are receiving the necessary medical care. Also, as a result of the nighttime attack, a 19-story residential building in one of Odesa’s districts was damaged. Apartments on the 14th through 16th floors were destroyed.
