Russia struck a shopping center in the Odesa region, causing a fire
On the morning of September 23, Russian troops attacked the Odesa district, causing a shopping center to catch fire. The fire was completely extinguished, and there were no casualties.
“This morning, Russian troops attacked the Odesa region. As a result of the strike, a shopping center caught fire,” according to a statement from emergency responders.
More than 60 emergency responders from the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions were deployed to extinguish the large-scale fire.
According to the State Emergency Service, firefighters were able to fully extinguish the blaze.
Rescue workers reported that there were no casualties as a result of the fire or the Russian attack.
However, information regarding the consequences of the strike and possible damage to other facilities in the Odesa district may be subject to further clarification.
The Russian attack on the Odesa region took place on the morning of September 23, and units from the State Emergency Service of both regions worked together to extinguish the fire.

In Kyiv, eight people were injured as a result of the Russian attack on September 23. One of the wounded, who was hospitalized in critical condition, died in the hospital, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
On the night of September 23, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 161 strike drones of various types. Among them were 82 jet-powered UAVs. As of 8:00 a.m., air defense forces had destroyed or neutralized 119 enemy drones and three additional “Banderole”/“Dan-T” drones.
Since the evening of September 22, Russian troops have attacked two districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 10 times. The occupiers used drones and dropped aerial bombs; one person was injured as a result of the attacks.
We should add that drones attacked the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions overnight.
As a reminder, Russia struck Kharkiv on the night of September 23, resulting in one fatality.
On the morning of September 23, air raid alerts were issued in Kyiv and several regions due to the threat of UAVs.
