Russia again urges diplomats to leave Kyiv — Anadolu Agency
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation — an aggressor state — has again urged foreign diplomats not to remain in Kyiv, Ukraine, and not to travel to the country. The ministry also stated that Russian troops would continue large-scale strikes on the Ukrainian capital.
Statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry
As Anadolu Agency reports, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the strikes were allegedly a response to the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Russian side claims that it is attacking military facilities in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
The ministry expressed concern that previous warnings had not been heeded: a number of foreign embassies continue to operate in Kyiv, while foreign officials visit Ukraine. Russia's Foreign Ministry placed responsibility for possible negative consequences on those who ignore this warning.

Intensification of strikes on Kyiv
According to the agency, Kyiv has faced intensified strikes in recent days. Infrastructure facilities targeted in the attacks included bridges across the Dnipro, including the Northern Bridge.
Russia and Ukraine have intensified strikes on each other's logistics hubs, ports and energy infrastructure in recent months. Both sides state that they do not deliberately strike civilian infrastructure and direct their attacks at military targets or facilities connected with military activity.
