Russians increasingly complain about wages and work fatigue
In Russia, dissatisfaction with working conditions is growing. Employees are increasingly talking about low salaries and chronic fatigue amid a worsening economic situation, rising prices, and increased tax burdens.
41% of employees of Russian companies are dissatisfied with the level of pay.
Another 25% of respondents admitted that they often or almost constantly feel exhausted at work.
At the same time, psychological pressure in teams is increasing — employees increasingly describe workdays as stressful. For example, 57% of respondents reported that during the last month they faced stressful situations at the workplace.
Another 35% said that they are practically constantly stressed. In their answers, people directly indicate emotional “burnout” as the usual background of the workday.
Survey details show that tension manifests not only in complaints about fatigue but also in everyday behavior. 25% of respondents say they get regularly irritated, 24% cannot properly relax even outside work.
Another 23% described their condition as apathy or anxiety, which means it is not about occasional spikes, but prolonged experiences. 28% of participants complained about the deterioration of health in general.
