Russians killed four people in the Donetsk region; others were wounded
On September 22, Russian troops killed four residents of the Donetsk region. Ten more people were wounded as a result of Russian attacks.
According to Vadym Filashkin, Russian troops killed four people on September 22.
The fatalities occurred in:
- Kramatorsk;
- Sloviansk;
- Stepanivka;
- Spasko-Mykhailivka.
Ten more people were injured.
Specifically, five of the injured were in Kramatorsk, and one each in Sloviansk, Stepanivka, Malotaranivka (Kramatorsk City Community), Myrov, and Oleksandrivka.
Thus, in a single day, Russian aggression claimed the lives of four residents of Donetsk Oblast, and ten more people were injured.
According to Vadym Filashkin, 4,319 civilians have been killed in the Donetsk region since the start of the full-scale war, and another 10,522 have been injured.
These figures do not include casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, as complete information on the losses there is not currently available.
Russian troops continue to strike settlements in the Donetsk region, regularly causing deaths and injuries among the civilian population.

On the morning of September 23, Russian troops shelled Sumy using long-range weapons. At least one person was reportedly injured as a result of the attack.
Over the past 24 hours, two people were killed and eight others were wounded in the Kherson region as a result of Russian shelling.
In the Poltava district, rescue workers extinguished a fire that broke out as a result of a Russian strike on a private enterprise. No one was injured.
On the night of September 23, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with strike drones. A direct hit was recorded in the Kyiv district of the city; one person was killed as a result of the attack.
On the morning of September 23, Russian forces attacked Kyiv with strike drones. Hits were recorded in the Holosiivskyi and Darnytskyi districts of the capital. Preliminary reports indicate that one person was injured.
On the night of September 23, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 161 attack drones of various types. Among them were 82 jet-powered UAVs. As of 8:00 a.m., air defense forces had destroyed or neutralized 119 enemy drones and three additional “Banderole”/“Dan-T” drones.
Since the evening of September 22, Russian troops have attacked two districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 10 times. The occupiers used drones and dropped aerial bombs; one person was injured as a result of the attacks.
We should add that drones attacked the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions overnight.
As a reminder, Russia struck Kharkiv on the night of September 23, resulting in one fatality.
On the morning of September 23, air raid alerts were issued in Kyiv and several regions due to the threat of UAVs.
