In Sumy, water supply was restricted following an airstrike due to power outages

Due to power outages caused by Russian aggression, water supply has been restricted in Sumy.

"Due to enemy aggression and power outages, one of the water intake facilities is currently without power. Water supply to residents’ homes in the area of Serhiy Borodaevsky Street, Romenska Street, Gerasim Kondratyev Street, Lykhvynska Stinka Street, Petropavlivska Street, Sumsk Art Brigade Street, Yaroslav the Wise Street, Zasumska, Illinska, and adjacent streets will be supplied from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. according to a schedule with reduced pressure," reported the municipal utility "Miskvodokanal."

The Sumy City Council reported this on Telegram.

Russian troops attacked Sumy with aerial bombs; five people were wounded.

On the night of September 23, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with 161 strike drones of various types. Among them were 82 jet-powered UAVs. As of 8:00 a.m., air defense forces had destroyed or neutralized 119 enemy drones and three additional “Banderole”/“Dan-T” drones. 

Since the evening of September 22, Russian troops have attacked two districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 10 times. The occupiers used drones and dropped aerial bombs; one person was injured as a result of the attacks.

We should add that drones attacked the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions overnight.

As a reminder, Russia struck Kharkiv on the night of September 23, resulting in one fatality.

On the morning of September 23, air raid alerts were issued in Kyiv and several regions due to the threat of UAVs.
