The Russians struck energy facilities in the Odesa region
On the night of June 25–26, Russian troops attacked energy and civilian infrastructure in the Vilkivska community in the Odesa region. As a result of the shelling, one person was injured, and some settlements were left without power.
According to the local administration, energy and civilian infrastructure facilities in the Vilkivska community were hit. “On the night of June 26, the enemy attacked the energy and civilian infrastructure of the Vilkivska urban territorial community. The strike caused a fire. Units of the State Emergency Service promptly began to address the aftermath,” the statement reads.
One person was injured as a result of the Russian attack. The person received the necessary medical care. Due to damage to the energy infrastructure, the city of Vilkove and some settlements in the Vilkove community were left without power. Relevant services are working on site to address the aftermath of the strike and restore power, according to the Izmail District State Administration.
On the evening of June 25, Russia again attacked Kyiv with missiles. Debris was reported to have fallen in the Darnytskyi district, and it was later reported that a fire had broken out in a warehouse.
On the evening of June 25, Russian forces carried out another attack on Kyiv using ballistic missiles. Explosions were heard in the capital, and air defense forces began engaging enemy targets.
