Syrsky visited the combat zone in the Oleksandrivka sector
General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, made a working visit to the area of active combat operations in the Oleksandrivka sector.
According to Syrskyi, he visited military units that are carrying out missions to repel Russian aggression.
“I made another working visit to the area of active combat operations. I visited military units carrying out missions to repel the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Oleksandrivka sector,” the Commander-in-Chief noted.
He heard a report from the Airborne Assault Forces command on the current operational situation, the results of completed missions, and further plans of action.
“We discussed options for further action and adjusted the plans,” Syrskyi said.
During the trip, the Commander-in-Chief also visited the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade, where he familiarized himself with the situation in the area of responsibility and made decisions to resolve outstanding issues.
Syrskyi emphasized that Ukrainian paratroopers are conducting active defensive operations and are holding back the enemy’s attempts to advance and consolidate their positions.

Earlier, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine General Oleksandr Syrskyi made a working visit to military units carrying out combat missions in the Donetsk region, where he heard reports from brigade commanders and a border guard detachment regarding the current situation and the support provided to the units.
As a reminder, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi approved the Concept for the Development of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Missile Forces and Artillery, which outlines the key directions for the development of these branches of the military through 2030.
