The Saratov Oil Refinery has documented the aftermath of a large-scale fire at the ELOU-AVT-6 unit. A satellite image shows the changes to the refinery’s grounds following the incident.

Traces of firefighting efforts and the aftermath of the fire that broke out at the unit are visible on site.

This refers to the ELOU-AVT-6 unit at the Saratov Oil Refinery, which was affected by actions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces as part of long-range strikes against Russian oil infrastructure facilities.

Satellite data allows us to document the scale of the fire and the subsequent traces of the fire department’s work at the facility.

On the night of September 10, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Saratov Oil Refinery in Russia. Fires were reported on the refinery’s grounds following the attack.

As of the morning of September 10, 2026, the Russian army’s total personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion amount to approximately 1,502,390 soldiers. In the past 24 hours alone, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia lost another 1,520 servicemen.

The day before, 221 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines over the course of 24 hours. The enemy launched the most attacks in the Pokrovsk direction, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 21 assaults, and Russian troops lost more than 60 soldiers.
