Ushakov stated that he could not disclose all the details of the talks between the two presidents, but described the conversation as constructive.
He said that Trump and Putin agreed to stay in touch and to hold another phone call if necessary.
At the same time, following visits by U.S. Special Envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Moscow and Kyiv, no public breakthrough in the negotiations has occurred.
